No, you cannot transfer the wallet money, cash-back offers fund, repair claims refund money to your bank account but it can be used to pay other utility bills.
Upon receiving the payments the owner needs to approve the status bar(Success/Pending) in his dashboard which generates an auto message to the tenant. Added tenants get authorised rent receipts for every rent payment.
Depending on the bank liked to your mode of payment it may take 1-3 business days of processing time. Also an auto generated message is sent as an notification of payment process to the landlord.
